Dear Balboa Water Group & former HydroAir® Customers,
Welcome aboard. Today we closed on our acquisition of HydroAir from ITT and are the new owners of a superb long time supplier to the whirlpool bath and spa industry. As you know we have been integrating the HydroAir® business into our operations and we are now entering the next phase. We are beginning to process HydroAir® orders into our system and we want to update you on your open order status.
HydroAir® stopped making shipments against open PO's on February 16th, 2009. We will be contacting you over the next few days by phone, email or fax to transfer your open orders to Balboa Water Group so we can invoice you correctly and begin fulfilling those orders by March 9th. All new orders should be directed to Balboa Water Group as noted below and as many of you are doing today.
So what do you have to do?
- If you had open orders with HydroAir, you need to update your PO's and have them placed upon Balboa Water Group. We will contact you during the week of March 1 to confirm your order and to work with you on updating your PO's with Balboa Water Group's billing information.
- If you have new requirements, just place an order with our Customer Service Team. All your customer, product and shipping information has been transferred so all you have to do is place a new P.O. with our new address and business information using the same part numbers you've always used.

Launches 211 GPM Virginia Graeme Baker Compliant Suction
Tustin, Calif. - (December 17, 2008) Balboa Water Group (BWG), the recognized leader in portable spa products, today announced a revolutionary new suction fitting that meets the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act of 2007. The suction fitting has received UL approval, file number SA7549, with a rating of 211 GPM. This extraordinary rating is actually higher than any equivalent sized suction on the market prior to the VGB legislation.
"We worked nights and weekends to ensure that the spa industry would be able to continue to build hot tubs that met the VGB December 19th deadline," said Bob Spillar, Balboa Water Group Vice-President of Marketing. "This product was designed by our engineering staff in California and will be produced right here in America."

Hello again and welcome to Balboa Water Group. We are continuing our outreach to you as our new customer to keep you informed of all the exciting activities here as we integrate the Pentair Spa & Bath business.
We expect the close date to be December 15th, 2008 after which time we will begin processing all your future RMA requests.
Our return program is very similar to your process is today, but gives you the additional flexibility of requesting a return authorization by speaking with any of our Customer Service Team for an RMA number. This is in addition to making requests via Fax or E-mail.

Welcome to Balboa Water Group. We are excited and looking forward to our new business relationship with you and having you as a customer. Over the past few weeks, you've likely been contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives or Sales Persons regarding our purchase of the Pentair Spa & Bath business.
We expect the close date to be December 15th, 2008 after which time we will begin processing all your future orders going forward. We expect to resume shipping Pentair product orders on or before January 5, 2009 and will continue shipping GG products at anytime.
In order to better serve your account and meet your needs in a timely fashion, we have tried to make the change as seamless as possible for you. Whether you need to place an order, check on a shipment, or request a RMA, you may continue to contact Brantford for your customer service needs.
